1. The Protocol (Scope of Service)

GiftedAhead is a premium membership-based gifting concierge. Your subscription provides access to our automated tracking and curation services. We act as your executive assistant for gifting, but we are not the direct manufacturer of the goods curated. Each physical gift is a separate transaction subject to its own vendor terms.

2. Membership & Billing

Memberships are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis. By joining, you authorize GiftedAhead to charge the selected payment method for your subscription and any individual gifts you approve for purchase through our selection process.

3. Precision & Timing

While we pride ourselves on precision, shipping times are estimates based on carrier and vendor performance. We guarantee dispatch within the required window, but we are not liable for carrier-side delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or global logistics constraints.

4. Intellectual Protocol

All curation, data management tools, and brand assets are the property of KnotStranded LLC. Platinum access is non-transferable and intended for personal or approved business use only.
