Membership Subscriptions
14-Day Change of Protocol
We offer a full refund on your annual membership subscription within the first 14 days, provided that our curators have not yet initiated work on any of your gifting occasions. Once the curation process has begun for even a single date, the membership fee becomes non-refundable for that billing period.
Physical Gift Transactions
Artisan & Physical Goods
Individual gift transactions are billed per instance. Because we source from high-end artisan vendors, the following protocols apply:
Damaged or Faulty Items
If a gift arrives in less than perfect condition, we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund, including delivery costs. Your reputation is our priority.
Custom & Personlized Goods
Gifts that have been engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise bespoke-ordered are final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.
