What does my membership fee actually cover?
The annual subscription is your 'Concierge Protocol.' It covers the high-touch labor of your gifting calendar: the birthday and anniversary tracking, the expert gift curation, artisan wrapping services, and the logistics of guaranteed on-time delivery. It essentially hires a personal assistant Dedicated to your social connections.
Are the actual gifts included in the subscription price?
No. Individual gifts are billed per transaction. This ensures you only pay for the exact quality of gift you select for each recipient. We provide a range of price points for each occasion, so you are always in control of the budget.
How do you ensure the gifts are high-quality?
Our curators maintain an exclusive vendor list of artisan retailers and luxury brands. Every gift is hand-selected based on the recipient's profile and the occasion type. We favor unique, timeless pieces over generic mass-market products.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Absolutely. While we'd be sorry to see you go, you can cancel your protocol from the Dashboard at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you handle international shipping?
Yes. Our logistics network supports global delivery. Note that international shipping may incur additional carrier fees and customs duties, which will be itemized for your approval before dispatch.
Is there a Business Portal for corporate teams?
Yes. Our Business Portal allows team leads and executives to manage gifting for entire departments. This is ideal for client appreciation, employee work anniversaries, and holiday gifting at scale.
